Return & Refund Policy
Any items returned to us because of manufacture defects will be inspected and a full refund may be given at our discretion. General wear, failure to maintain or clean the items according to manufacturers instructions, abuse or third party damage will result in no refund.
In the event that goods are damage at the time of receipt, we offer an exchange (subject to stock being available), or a refund.
The above shall not limit our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and any other applicable laws of New Zealand.
